Slovakia – Ventilation equipment – Oprava ventilátorov VA1, VA2, VZO a VZW v tuneli Branisko

The subject of the contract is the repair of fans VA1 and VA2 located at the combined ventilation facility (central station) (hereinafter referred to as "VA1 and VA2"), fan VZO at the eastern portal (eastern station) (hereinafter referred to as "VZO") and fan VZW at the western portal (western station) (hereinafter referred to as "VZW") of the Branisko tunnel due to operation after the expiry of their service life, deteriorating condition and significant damage to the bearings themselves. The subject of the contract also includes the performance of technical service during the entire warranty period, i.e. 24 (in words: twenty-four) months warranty period from the date of signing the acceptance protocol on the handover and acceptance of each part of the work, i.e. goods (electric motor) and the provision of the service (delivery, assembly, testing and commissioning of the fan into proper, functional and safe operation). The warranty period of 24 (in words: twenty-four) months begins to run for each accepted part of the work separately, i.e. the warranty period begins to run after the delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of each electric fan motor into proper, functional and safe operation.
