This project aims both to enhance Turkey's digital transformation policy ecosystem and its alignment with EU, and also to improve the digital technology, innovation and adoption capabilities of the sectors. Within the scope of the project, technology users and providers, primarily within the manufacturing and health sectors, and relevant public institutions and NGOs will be targeted. Digital transformation paths will be defined and applied, related capacities will be enhanced by the Contractor. To realize the project's purposes, the project has been designed under two components. Under the first component, Policy and Strategy, initially the current state of the digital transformation policy and strategy will be analyzed on national and global level. Later on, a governance model with implementation framework, digital transformation policies, strategy and roadmaps which are integrated with EU policies, will be developed to guide digital transformation of Türkiye. Moreover, disaster resilience plans against pandemics and natural disasters integrating the use of digital technologies will be prepared. Within the second component, being Pilot Implementation, under the framework and guidance of outputs of Component 1, capacity and service quality of digital transformation structures and enterprises will be enhanced. At the same time, a functioning digitalization structures network will be developed to increase their sustainability and capacity to provide up-to-date, relevant services. An online platform will be developed, which will facilitate coordination, communication, awareness raising, visibility activities will be carried out during the lifespan project.
