1. The Republic of Tajikistan Recipient has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tajikistan Millati Solim Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for (i) Procurement of 15 sets of solar generators for 14 RHCs and 1 DHC (Lot 1); and (ii) 8 heat pump systems (Lot 2) both lots in Dangara, Temurmalik, Levakant, Nurek, Baljuvon, Roshtqal'a districts.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for (i) Procurement of 15 sets of solar generators for 14 RHCs and 1 DHC (Lot 1); and (ii) 8 heat pump systems (Lot 2) both lots in Dangara, Temurmalik, Levakant, Nurek, Baljuvon, Roshtqal'a districts.
2. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and in accordance with the World Bank Anti-Corruption Guidelines (ACG) (July 2016), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project’s Technical Support Group under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan (MOHSP), zumrat@millatisolim.tj, najibullo@millatisolim.tj and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 08-00 to 17-00 at the address given below.
