The Republic of Tajikistan received Grant from the International Development Association for the implementation of the Project "Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector, Additional Financing  and intends to use part of the funds for payments under the contract for Procurement of 3463 m of polyethylene pipes for valnerable farms in Shahristan district, Sugd region. 2. The State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” Project Management Unit (SI “AED” PMU) hereby invites the eligible bidder to submit their bids for the Procurement of 3463 m of polyethylene pipes for valnerable farms in Shahristan district, Sugd region. 3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
