INTRODUCTION

• The Government of Timor-Leste has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of project preparation and planning in relation to the proposed Second Timor-Leste Branch Roads Project and intends to apply part of the grant for the procurement of individual consultants described in the Terms of Reference (TOR) attached as Appendix I.
• The assignment above (in the table) shall be part of the Project Management Unit (PMU) in the General Directorate for Roads, Bridges, Prevention, and Flood Control of the Ministry of Public Works (MPW). The services of the consultants shall be financed through the World Bank’s Grant Facility for Project Preparation (GFPP).
