The Ministry of Infrastructure (MOI) is an implementing agency of project.   The TCRTP, on behalf of the MOI, intends to apply part of the proceeds to the contracting of Individual Consultants to support the Project Management Unit (PMU). The PMU is part of the operational structure of the Ministry and is responsible for the implementation of the Project’s plans and activities and reporting to the Ministry. The Ministry now seeks services for the following positions: IC2-29 – Communication Officer (Part Time).
