REPUBLIC OF TÜRKYE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, URBANIZATION AND CLIMATE CHANGE General Directorate of Construction Affairs   TÜRKYE SECOND ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS PROJECT Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings 2 Project (EEPBP 2) (P500777)   REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT FOR RECRUITMENT OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (Ref: EEPB2/WB/MOEU/PIU-IND-EE-03)   The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change (MoEUCC) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Türkiye Second Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings Project (EEPBP2) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. General Directorate of Construction Affairs (GDCA) of MoEUCC has been serving as the main implementing agency for the Project. The overall objective of EEPBP is to enhance energy efficiency in existing central government buildings and strengthen the energy efficiency requirements for new and renovated public buildings. The implementation period for the project is 6 years. The consulting service (“the Services”) includes the hiring of a Electrical Engineer (Ref: EEPB2/WB/MOEU/PIU-IND-EE-0 3) to support the GDCA's Project Implementation Unit. The selected consultant is expected to be awarded with a one-year renewable contract.
