Закупівля робіт здійснюється в рамках проєкту HUSKROUA/23/RI/2.1/001 «Розвиток травматологічної допомоги», в межах Програми Interreg VI-A NEXT «Угорщина-Словаччина-Румунія-Україна 2021-2027», що співфінансується Європейською Комісією від імені Європейського Союзу через Міністерство закордонних справ і торгівлі Угорщини (Угода про фінансування програми (Interreg VI-A) NEXT Угорщина-Словаччина-Румунія-Україна; Угоду ратифіковано Законом № 3717-IX від 09.05.2024). Джерело фінансування – в тому числі кошти Гранту Європейського Союзу, надані в рамках реалізації проєкту HUSKROUA/23/RI/2.1/001 «Розвиток травматологічної допомоги» (“Development of traumatological care”), які впроваджуються в рамках Програми VIA-NEXT «Угорщина-Словаччина-Румунія-Україна 2021-2027». Фінансування робіт за кошти Гранту буде здійснюватися в пільговому режимі без ПДВ на підставі міжнародного договору - Рамкової Угоди між Урядом України та Європейською Комісією від 01.12.2023, ратифікованої Законом України від 09.05.2024 № 3717-IX, а також постанови КМУ «Про створення єдиної системи залучення, використання та моніторингу міжнародної технічної допомоги» від 15.02.2002 № 153.
