Tender offers prepared by Participants - residents of Ukraine, are presented in Ukrainian. If the tender offer includes a document drawn up in another language, the participant shall provide a translation of this document into Ukrainian, certified by the signature of an authorized person of the Participant. In this case, the constituent documents of the participant, documents on the appointment/election of the manager, documents confirming the participant's compliance with the qualification criteria, as well as documents confirming the compliance of the subject of the procurement with the technical, qualitative and quantitative requirements for the subject of the procurement (including the technical specification), which are set out in the original in Russian, do not require translation into Ukrainian. Additionally, proper names, trademarks, models, name of manufacturer, dealer, distributor, names of administrative units, addresses, abbreviations, meanings of technical characteristics, toponyms, company letters, website addresses, links, which are set out in a language other than Ukrainian, in the documents included in the tender offer, do not require translation into Ukrainian. Tender offers prepared by Participants - non-residents of Ukraine may be set out in another language, in which case: - official documents issued by a foreign state body must be legalized in accordance with the procedure established in Ukraine or certified by affixing an apostille, with the addition of a translation of these documents into Ukrainian and taking into account paragraphs 11 and 12 of Article 34 and Article 79 of the Law of Ukraine "On Notaries"; - unofficial documents (not subject to legalization / apostillation), which are prepared by a non-resident participant and are not drawn up in Ukrainian, must be translated into Ukrainian.
