For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.” The Ministry of Education and Sports now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for construction of schools indicated in the table below: Lot No. School District No. Schools 1 Pandwong Seed Secondary School Kitgum 2 Alangi Seed Secondary School Zombo 2 Kihuuba Seed Secondary School Masindi 2 Buliisa Town Council Seed Secondary School Buliisa Total number of schools 4 NB: The period required for construction is 10 months excluding defects liability period.
