For purposes of this section, Return is defined as physicalreceipt of the F-condition assetat the contractor?s facility as reflected inthe Action Date entry in theCommercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system. Inaccordance with the CAVStatement of Work, the contractor is required toaccurately reportall transactions by the end of the fifth regular business daya afterreceipt and the Action Date entered in CAV must be dated to reflect theactual date of physical receipt.
