This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 36C10X26R0030 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Irrigation Systems for Endoscopy.
This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
Line Items: Refer to ATTACHMENT D_PRICE COST SCHEDULE_NX EQ Irrigation Systems for Endoscopy for CLINs, quantities, and units of measure.
Description of Requirements: Offerors shall provide NX EQ NX EQ Irrigation Systems for Endoscopy that meet the salient characteristics listed in ATTACHMENT B_PRODUCT DESCRIPTION_ NX EQ Irrigation Systems for Endoscopy. Only new OEM equipment is acceptable. No refurbished, remanufactured, or gray market items will be considered.
Delivery and Acceptance: Delivery is FOB Destination. Specific delivery locations and dates will be identified in individual orders issued under the contract.
