The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 09, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract for the product/service listed below to a large business, Patterson Dental, headquarters out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. The contract is expected to be awarded under the authority of FAR Overhaul 12.102(a). A Sole Source Justification has been prepared. The anticipated award date is no later than 08-24-2026. The contractor will provide the product/service listed below to the place of performance listed on the cover page of this notice. James H. Quillen VAMC Dental Services is requesting a replacement of the Dental Vacuum Compressor due to the failure of the pumps. Repair parts are not available due to the life of the equipment.
