See attached Statement of Need which applies to Base Year and all Option Years 1 – 4.A complete description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions or technical data, can be found in the SF18.2. This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.3. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR NON-RECEIPT OF QUOTES.
