The following questions and or clarifications requests were received from various interested parties. All questions and clarifications have been consolidated. Questions are denoted by “Q” and the response is denoted by “R.” Q1: Is this for the actual tiles that go into the system or the floor covering that goes over top the panels? R1: Actual tiles that go into the system. Q2: Delivery within 60 days from date of award: current lead time as of August 6, 2026, is 10 – 12 weeks. Is this acceptable? R2: Yes. The period of performance will be revised to 90 days from date of award Q3: May I get pictures of the current understructure of the floor, focusing on the stringers and struts and existing tiles (top, sides (if any model numbers) and bottom)? A concern for this feature: CRI Green Label Plus certified The specification you posted mixes characteristics of carpet tile and hard surface flooring: - "Smooth, moppable surface" and "ESD compliance" typically describe vinyl, rubber, or access floor coverings. - "CRI Green Label Plus" is primarily a carpet and carpet cushion certification.R3: Here are pictures of what is existing (See attachment).Q4: Question: What type of material? ESD carpet, ESD vinyl (glue-down or interlocking), ESD rubber? The spec provided doesn't specify clearly.
