This sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time.The responses to this synopsis will be used as Market Research to determine the Bureau of Reclamation's overall procurement strategy. All interested concerns may submit capability statements for consideration. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine the quantity and availability of contractors who have the ability to provide the services required. Based upon the response to this announcement and capability statement, the Government may determine to set this acquisition aside, proceed with an unrestricted solicitation, or decide on alternative procurement strategy.The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, has a requirement for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment to fabricate, ship and install complete and functioning interpretive exhibits for the Hoover Dam Visitor Center Observation Level, Theaters, and Outdoor Areas.The project includes the following:a. Exhibit Contractor is responsible for the design, fabrication and installation of custom artifact mounts where required. b. Exhibit Contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements, including weight of each object to ensure the custom mounts are suitably fabricated and installed. c. Exhibit Contractor is responsible for the coordination and interface of Government-Furnished and Installed work with Work of this Contract to provide all required mechanical and electrical rough-ins, openings, supports, dimensions, etc., as required for complete installation.The overall period of performance is scheduled for no more than 570 calendar days.
