The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 844 usable square feet of retail space located within a 1-mile radius of 8001 Rowan Rd., Cranberry TWP, PA 16066. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately seven (3) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
