PROJECT: AK USFS Chug1004 9(1), Vagt Lake Trailhead 

LOCATION:  The project is located 25 miles north of Seward, Alaska in the Kenai Peninsula Borough at the Lower Trail Lake in Crown Point.

WORK: The work consists of excavation, grading (involving placement of Unclassified Borrow and Aggregate), vault toilet installation, concrete placement for ADA parking spaces and walkways, and sign installation. See “Project Description” posted under attachments for additional details.

LENGTH: 0.13 miles

TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE:  This project is on hold with no estimated construction dates.

CONTRACT TYPE: Sealed Bid, Firm-Fixed-Price Contract

ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $700,000 and $2,000,000.
