Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District (SPL) has been tasked to solicit and award a FY26 firm-fixed price construction contract for AMARG Multi Building Renovations at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB) in Tucson, Arizona. Project Scope:The work is briefly described as follows, but is not the entire scope of the project:Consolidated scope of work across multiple facilities at the DMAFB. Comprehensive infrastructure modernizations including extensive renovations (complete floor-to-ceiling modernizations, plumbing replacements, capacity expansions) across five existing buildings, creation of new administrative and collaborative spaces, replacement of outdated HVAC systems, and applying new roof insulation.The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of the experience and qualifications of the various members of the construction industry, including Other Than Small Business, Small Business, HUBZone small business, Women-Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and 8(a) firms.The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources either singularly or as part of an assembled team under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, which has a small business size standard of $45,000,000.00 and Product Service Code (PSC) of Y1AZ Construction of Other Administrative Facilities and Service Buildings.The estimated magnitude of this project is: Between $1M and $5M.
