7 AUGUST 2025 AMENDMENT 8 - AOS document and Attachment 1 document are revised and posted under "Attachments".

24 JULY 2025 AMENDMENT 7 - AOS document is revised and posted under "Attachments". The revision provides an update to the Active Capability Gap (ACG) mailboxes listed under Section J - Contracting Information. Additionally, Request for Information (RFIs) will at times be posted under "Links" to create more awareness to AOS interested vendors. RFIs posted under AOS are for market research purposes only and the Government has no obligation to post a subsequent Call for Solution under AOS for the requirement.
