The Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS) is seeking information from industry regarding Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) systems, software, or programs capable of assisting in the vetting of commercial transportation service providers (TSP) for participation in the ARTRANS Freight Carrier Registration Program (FCRP). The purpose of this RFI is to identify viable solutions that can enhance the registration, vetting and audit processes for domestic freight carriers supporting the Department of War (DoW).
