AMENDMENT 0002 is issued as of 9/21/2026. This amendment covers the moat drainage, final RFIs and extends the due date to 9/22/2026. Amendment 0002 must be acknowledged with quotes. RFIs as of 9/17/2026 are posted. Question/Answer 5 has be added and the content of that question was similarily addressed in Amendment 0001 so the updated is posted for information.
