Opportunity Overview

The basis of award will be low price. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with Offerors. Therefore, the Offerors initial offer should contain the Offerors best terms. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions, if necessary and deemed appropriate by the Contracting Officer. Offerors are not required to submit past performance documentation. An offeror with an unsatisfactory SPRS score, delinquent delivery history, or adverse supply chain risk may be determined non-responsible and ineligible for award. All quotes will be reviewed and ensure that it meets the minimum requirements against the technical specifications provided below. Because the Government intends to award without discussions, offerors are encouraged to submit their most competitive pricing and information in their response that meets the minimum set forth requirements in their initial response.
