Failure to obtain and respond to any amendments prior to the closing date may render your proposal unacceptable.

PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS & EVALUATION CRITERIA: All instructions for proposal submission, evaluation criteria (e.g., Price Only, LPTA, or Tradeoff), and order-specific clauses are contained entirely within the attached BOAST RFOP document.
