Opportunity Overview

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intend to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to:

WAHTS Hearing LLC. 

The above-mentioned company is the only company that can perform calibration on their hearing systems which have already been procured by CTARNG.

In absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under FAR 13.106(b)(1). Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
