(i) This is a combined pre-solicitation notice/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12 and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) Solicitation number 140R2026Q0085 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 as of March 13, 2026, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul.(iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 112420 and the size standard is $2.0 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. (vi) This requirement is for Goat Grazing Vegetation Management Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) represented in the Performance Work Statement. (vii) Period of Performance: November 9, 2026 through November 8, 2031.
