This is an RFQ for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Waste Removal, Cleaning, and Inspection of Oil-Water Separators, solicitation number FA6633-26-Q-A011.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the RFO Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement (DFARS) change notice 05/07/2026. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS Code is 541990, size standard: $19.5 million. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) database to be eligible to receive award and have completed the “On-line Representations and Certifications” within that registration.
The Offeror must be an authorized, qualified, and certified vendor. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). One award is anticipated. All quotes are due by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time 18 Aug 2026.
All questions and quotes must be directed to the 934AW Contracting Officer and the Contracting Specialist via email Mikkael.Hahn.1@us.af.mil; jessica.ferris.5@us.af.mil Questions asked within 2 days of solicitation close will be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Emailed quotes are preferred. Late quotes may be rejected at the Contracting Officer’s discretion.
