This notice is not a request for proposals; it is a pre-solicitation announcement only. The government has a requirement for the procurement and install for one (1) each computer numerical controlled (CNC) turn-mill multitasking machine, one (1) each medium computer numerical controlled (CNC) horizontal lathe, and three (3) each small computer numerical controlled (CNC) horizontal lathes in accordance with the Statement of Work for each machine. The machines will be utilized in the repair, remanufacture, overhaul, and manufacture of combat vehicles and weapon systems at the Anniston Army Depot (ANAD). This procurement will be full and open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 333517. All responses for the solicitation must be submitted in digitized/electronic format. Paper copy responses shall not be accepted. Any clauses or provisions of the solicitation which mention writing, returning, or submission of offer will mean electronic submission. All solicitation responses must be submitted through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. Responses sent by email will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the offeror to confirm receipt and ensure its offer, in its entirety, reaches the Army Contracting Command-Detroit, Anniston Army Depot (ANAD), before the time set for closing of the solicitation.
