Opportunity Overview

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires a 5-year Multi Award Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity, (IDIQ) contract for crane services at Airport related facilities across multiple locations within the United States to install Weather caps, Cab glass on ATCT Towers and Shelters in accordance with the Statements of Work attached.

This Procurement is 100% set aside for SMALL BUSINESS interest. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort is NAICS 238990, All other Specialty Trade Contractors, 19MIL is the standard size.

Please read the attached Solicitation in its entirety. Follow the instructions outlined in Section L (Page 61) for submitting a responsive proposal and Section M (Page 67) for the Evaluation Factors and Criteria. Pricing will be determined at the Task Order level.

All questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing via EMAIL ONLY to haylee.p.garcia@faa.gov no later than 1 week before the close of the solicitation to allow for responses to be provided in a timely manner. NO PHONE CALLS.

Due date for solicitation is August 24th,2026 2pm CST. No late submissions will be accepted.

Per the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS), clause 3.3.1-33 System for Award Management (SAM), paragraph (b)(1) “By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation.”
