The Baltimore District, RSFO, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 50,000 usable square feet of contiguous office space within the following areas/zip codes:

• Palo Alto: 94301 to 94306, 94309

• Mountain View: 94040,94041, 94043

• Moffett: 94035

• Sunnyvale: 94085 to 94087, 94089

• Santa Clara: 95050, 95051, 95054

The defined delineated area is set forth in the Map Attachment. The Map Attachment is not to scale, and all properties must be within the above listed zip codes to be considered. Must use Government Lease attached. Please see all five (5) attachments to this solicitation for further information and guidance. Those attachments are the following:

Proposals are due no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time on EXPIRATION DATE OF SOLICITATION.
