AMENDMENT 2 to SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE - This notice DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal or complete package outlining the technical competencies/qualifications of the prospective contractor, nor does it represent any commitment by the Government. Since this is a Sources Sought announcement amendment, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation. A solicitation does not presently exist. This amendment introduces a revised Sources Sought Notice, titled "Sources Sought Ensemble 29 Sep 2026 UPDATE." This update is based on Questions and Answers and the revised SOW provided in AMENDMENT 1. The question-and-answer period for this Sources Sought is now closed. All subsequent inquiries must be compiled and submitted during the requirements' Solicitation Phase.
