The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements:

East Boundary: Start at Cheltenham Drive and Wisconsin Avenue. South on Wisconsin Avenue, east on Middleton Lane to Pearl Street, south on Pearl Street to East- West Highway. West on East-West Highway to Waverly Street. South on Waverly Street to Wisconsin Avenue. South on Wisconsin Avenue to Elm Street. East on Elm Street to 47th Street. South on 47th Street to Willow Lane. East on Willow Lane to 46th Street. South on 46th Street to Leland Street.

South Boundary: Start at 46th Street and Leland Street. West on Leland Street to Woodmont Avenue. West on Bethesda Avenue to Arlington Road.

West Boundary: Start at Bethesda Avenue and Arlington Road. North on Arlington Road, to Moorland Lane.

-Offered space must be located on the third floor or higher

-Offered space must be able to accommodate two means of egress

-Offered space must be within 1,000 walkable square feet to the metro

-Offered space must be able to accommodate a private, in-suite restroom, for the sole use of the tenant

-Offered space cannot be in the same building that houses law enforcement agencies or businesses
