This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). Place of Performance: The 50 States of the United States of America and U.S. Territories NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA PBS) is seeking information regarding the below potential requirement. Firms that are considered either a small business or other than small business under NAICS code 236220 may submit a response to this RFI. This RFI is issued solely for planning purposes. It is not a Request for Proposals, and there is no bid package or solicitation document associated with this RFI. The requested information does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for proprietary information not properly identified. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. Responses to this RFI are not offers, and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, nor is it a request seeking contractors to be placed on a mailing list.
