The information requested will be used solely within the Department of Veterans Affairs to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the Government. The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the comments submitted in response to this Sources Sought Announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 213112 Support Activities for Oil and Gas Operations, and the small business size standard is $47.0 Million.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information for contractors that can provide comprehensive inspection, cleaning and refueling of nine (9) underground diesel fuel storage tanks while preserving fuel integrity and maintaining continuous operational readiness of the Medical Center's emergency power systems in accordance with the Statement of Work for the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) in Las Vegas, Nevada. A description of services is in the attached Statement of Work (DRAFT).
