Opportunity Overview
The Department of State Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) has a requirement to provide freight forwarding services for the Office of Western Hemisphere (WHP), in support of the Gang Suppression Force (GSF) mission in Haiti in accordance with Section C - Description/Specifications/Work Statement and the Exhibits contained in Section J of this contract.

Interested contractors shall provide their proposals via e-mail to the email addresses listed below. Proposals submitted must be in sufficient detail as to allow for a thorough government evaluation in accordance with the above mentioned attachments.
Proposals for this solicitation are due no later than Friday, August 21, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST.
Proposals must be valid for a minimum of 60 days.
