This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Reponses to this RFI must be in writing.

The purpose of this RFI announcement is to conduct market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified offerors interested and capable of providing the production of a clinical and surgical instructional video series for advanced vascular repair techniques described below. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area of expertise to compete for the acquisition.

The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), 808 Schreider Street, Fort Detrick, MD 21702, is seeking potential qualified offerors to provide production of a clinical and surgical instructional video series for advanced vascular repair techniques.

The Defense Health Agency Research and Development (DHA R&D) is executing the "Biologic Reconstruction for Operational Warfighter Needs" initiative to embed forward surgical capabilities within its operational units. This requires a standardized, scalable, and highly effective master training curriculum for surgeons on advanced vascular repair. The cornerstone of this curriculum, advanced vascular repair, will be a definitive instructional video series that combines live-action surgical detail with advanced educational graphics to support cognitive reinforcement and skills transfer.
