Intent to Sole Source AV/VTC Repair Services

The MCIEast Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Integrated Technologies Group, Inc., (ITG)  on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart FAR 6.103-1, only one source reasonably available and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements.

This procurement is for the repair of an AV/VTC system. The applicable NAICS for this requirement is 811210 per the Performance Work Statement. ITG, is the sole provider of the requested services due to custom programming and they hold the uncompiled source code. Therefore, the government intends to procure this supply on a sole source basis from ITG.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within four (4) calendar days after the date of the publication of this notice will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
