The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation 15BBR026Q00000034 for the award of a firm fixed-price construction contract titled Interior Repairs Sallyport 1st and 3rd floors at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY.
MDC Brooklyn is a federal correctional facility located at 80 29th Street Brooklyn, NY 11232. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, labor and incidentals necessary to remove existing Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) and install a new industrial-grade epoxy flooring system in the first-and third-floor sallyports of the West Building. The performance period for the project will be 210 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed.
