This is a notice of publication of a redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) for a ceiling increase to an existing Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) multiple discipline architect-engineer (A-E) services  contract to Rogers, Lovelock & Fritz, Inc., Orlando, Florida 32814, in accordance with FAR 6.305.

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest has increased the original ceiling of Contract N44255-20-D-0002 by $27,000,000 to execute new task orders for mission-critical requirements. The revised maximum amount for this contract is $127,000,000. Work will be performed at various government installations within the NAVFAC Northwest area of responsibility, primarily in Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon. Work is expected to be completed by September 2026.

The work to be performed includes providing multi-discipline architectural design and engineering services for the preparation of design-build requests for proposals and 100% construction documents for various project types. The required expertise spans architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, fire protection, commissioning, and environmental disciplines as they pertain to Department of War facilities and systems.
