No substantive changes or amendments to the solicitation have been made as a result of this Update. 09/09/2026 - Original Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and request for proposals (RFP) for commercial products or commercial services in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation.
