<p>This funding opportunity is authorized under the “Legislative Branch Appropriations Act of 2023” (Pub. L. 117-389 (H.R. 8237)), subject to availability of funding. The resulting awards will be subject to the Library of Congress Regulation (LCR) 7-310.
