This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement for NAICS 237990, Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The solicitation number, W912P826BA075, will issue as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) resulting in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract. Actual issue date and anticipated bid opening date will be shown when the solicitation is issued.

All qualified business concerns may submit bids. Offers from large business forms must comply with RFO FAR 19.1 and RFO FAR clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan.

The work consists of satisfactory removal of all material above elevation -17.0-ft MLG from C/L Station (-)16+00 (Mile 6.5) to C/L Station 250+00 (Mile 1.3), of Mermentau River from the limits as specified and successfully deposited on the Gulf Shoreline west of the Mermentau jetties, as shown on the plans.

The estimated value of this work is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.
