Mortuary Services - Fcc Coleman

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC Coleman), located at 846 NE 54th Terrace Coleman, Florida, 33521, intends to make a single award of an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm fixed prices to a responsible contractor, who can provide Mortuary Services in accordance with the stated requirements. The provision of mortuary services may include, but is not limited to transportation, embalming, body preparation, clothing, filing of certificates and permits, casket, shipping, cremation, and burial services. The Contactor shall provide mortuary and autopsy services for the inmate population incarcerated at average of approximately 17 cases per year. This solicitation should result in the offer of a contract award with a base year with four option years. The contract shall extend from the effective date of award (base year) October 1, 2026, through twelve (12) months, September 30, 2027, with the Government's unilateral right to exercise an additional four Option Years. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with fixed-firm unit prices. The four additional Option Years are as follows:
