Decompression Capabilities: Built directly into the design of the rescue vehicles, alongside executing Disabled Submarine (DISSUB) survivor rescues.
Performance Goals: High operational availability, rapid transportability, highly sustainable configuration, fast "time to first rescue," and reduced overall life-cycle Program costs.
Certification: Final solution must be commercially certified by an International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) member.
