The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Shiprock Service Unit located in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to restrict competition and negotiate a firm-fixed-price award with Roche Diagnostics Corporation (UEI: JDMDFEZBYH36). The notice is not a solicitation or request for offers. Vendors capable of providing the stated services may submit a capability statement. Verbal responses will not be considered. Responses are due September 11, 2026, by 10:00 am MDT. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
