The proposed contract action is a sole-source bridge acquisition intended for award to the incumbent contractor, CC Distributors, Inc. (210 McBride Ln, Corpus Christi, TX 78408-2338), to prevent a critical break in supply-chain services. No small business or local area set asides apply to this action.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, and materials to operate a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) storefront and warehouse at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota.
The COCESS functions as a simplified procurement and logistics hub for the Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) and base Facility Managers to acquire commercial and industrial materials, tools, and equipment.
