In accordance with Part 12.202(a), for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), the decision that only one source is available and the basis for the decision.
Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs related to similar requirement being requested to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than 08/10/2026 at 1:00pm MDT.
This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued.
