The contract structure includes a one (1) year base period (9/30/2026 – 9/29/2027) with four (4) subsequent one-year option periods, with deliveries made on an as-needed basis (not to exceed 5 deliveries per period).

Evaluation of the market research yielded only one capable vendor possessing the required equipment (3" cam lock male adapter), similiar experience, and logistical capabilities to meet Maine state drinking water standards and emergency delivery response schedules for this 24-hour critical facility. Accordingly, the agency intends to negotiate directly with M.A. Haskell & Sons.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
