The solicitation W912PQ26QA031 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, NY. These quotes shall conform to the requirements of 52.212-1 listed in the solicitation. The Government will not accept partial quotes/offers. Award will be made without discussions.

Award will be made based on price and other factors shown below. All pricing must be provided, this requirement will not be split.

Wage Determination 2015-4187 (Westchester) and Wage Determination 2015-4143 (Albany) applies and is attached.
