This Request for Information (RFI) does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals, and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information herein is subject to change, and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a competitive contract. Proprietary information will be accepted and handled appropriately. Responders should indicate which portions of their responses are proprietary and should mark them accordingly. The AFTC/PZZD, Specialized Test Contracting Branch, is conducting market research to assess viable contractors capable of providing on-call contractor maintenance and aircraft ground handling support for three (3) stored A-29 aircraft located at Edwards AFB. The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, supervision, tools, replacement parts, travel, and incidental support necessary to perform specified repair and towing services in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
